On behalf of all the Haitian Christian’s artists around the world, the Haitian gospel Music Association presents this award to Bishop Sem Celestin for being voted unanimously by the groups and artists as the spiritual leader that has provided more understanding, love, special attention, spiritual advises , economic and social assistance to the Gospel groups and artists for the year 2009.
